Awww, thank you. The painful part of being a historian is seeing patterns repeat over and over and over: the same thing happened during the Spanish Flu epidemic of 1917-18. Men refused to wear masks because they looked weak in their opinion. The government threw a lot of resources into a campaign to paint male mask wearers as masculine protectors of weaker people, and it worked. Unfortunately our government is trying to kill us, not save us, and men haven't changed.
